Join speakers from HSC Public Health Agency in Northern Ireland and Scottish Patient Safety Programme for Mental Health to hear about the journey in Northern Ireland of the Mental Health Quality and Safety Collaborative on 'How to create a learning and reflective culture in mental health services to improve patient care.'

The WebEx will cover: 


  • Why reflective practice is a key area for improvement –Janet Haines-Wood, HSC Safety Forum
  • Trusts perspective on how this is working locally –Catherine McDonnell and Danny Fox, Western HSC Trust and other speaker to be confirmed

Mark Gillespie, SPSP-IOP National Clinical Lead, will discuss the Improving Observation Practice work which is taking place in Scotland. Hear about the future plans for SPSP-IOP in Scotland.
