GP - Practice Administrative Staff Collaborative
We are delighted to announce a pilot improvement collaborative to develop the skills and role of practice administrative teams in GP practice settings. This is an exciting opportunity to take part in a ground-breaking project to improve the patient experience of primary care which will also bring strong benefits to Health and Social Care Partnerships, GP clusters and multidisciplinary practice teams.
We aim to recruit a small number of Health and Social Care Partnerships (H&SCPs) to take part in our Practice Administrative Staff Collaborative which will run initially until March 2019. Each H&SCP will involve up to four GP clusters to take part in quality improvement activity, for example to help patients get the right care at the right time or to improve processes so that GPs can spend more time with patients.
