CEIM Leaders will enable health and social care teams across Scotland to deliver continuous improvement in the outcomes and experiences of the people who use their services through listening to feedback and making meaningful and continuous improvements.

Participants will graduate as a CEIM Leader and receive a certificate and badge. Then they will network with Cohort 1 CEIM Leaders.
