CEIM Leaders will enable health and social care teams across Scotland to deliver continuous improvement in the outcomes and experiences of the people who use their services through listening to feedback and making meaningful and continuous improvements.

- To introduce a pragmatic quality improvement approach to introduce when presenting CEIM to teams
- To consolidate learning, and plan for applying your learning in your organisation

- Using Quality Improvement methodology to test change ideas and demonstrate impact.
