This is the second in a series of WebEx sessions scheduled to support teams who have joined the Mental Health Access Collaborative. Following on from the introduction to the Model for Improvement at the learning session on 7th June, we will be moving on to look at the second question in the Model – “How will we know that we have made an improvement?”

This session will introduce and explore the different types of measures used in improvement work, exploring the benefits of having a manageable suite of measures including both outcome and process measures.

Audience:

This WebEx is for any project team who has been accepted onto the Mental Health Access Improvement Collaborative for the following workstreams:

1) Improving access to CAMHS and Psychological Therapies

2) Neurodevelopmental Pathways for CAMHS
