Focus on Dementia is working with partner organisations to offer a workshop aimed at Post Diagnostic Support Link Workers, Post Diagnostic Practitioners and others who support people with dementia and their carers following a diagnosis of dementia.

Through a mix of practical and theory, this workshop will help practitioners to have confident conversations to support people to make future plans to include the use of technology.

You will learn about technology solutions in practice, hear from a person with lived experience of using technologies and through a practical workshop, try some of the technologies available.
