This event is for staff testing the ICHOM dementia data set in Scotland and staff working in health and social care at a national and local level who are interested in improving outcomes which matter.

An Introduction to value based outcomes
An overview and update on the dementia standard set and testing in Scotland.
Implementation processes to support value based outcomes in practice
Explore and learn from best practice case studies in NHS England
Provide teams with the skillset to measure outcomes
