Early identification and assessment of frailty webinar
Staff who provide care for people living with or at risk of frailty can join us for this webinar on 5 December 2023 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Focusing on the early identification and assessment of frailty, attendees will:
- hear how good practice on early identification and assessment supports improved outcomes
- explore how we can improve the experience of people living with or at risk of frailty access person centred health and social care
- receive an update on Albasoft (EScro)/NSS Digital and Security that will enable eFI to be accessible to GP practices across the whole of Scotland
We will host this webinar in partnership with NHS Ayrshire & Arran.
Speakers:
- Joanne Payne, Occupational Therapy Service Lead, NHS Ayrshire & Arran who will present their work on using eFI to identify frailty
- Billy Davidson, Project Analyst, Clinical Informatics Team, NSS Digital and Security, and Dave Kelly, Technical Director . They will provide an update on the work NSS and Albasoft are undertaking to make eFI accessible to GP practices across Scotland
