The Primary Care Improvement Portfolio team invite you to one of our regional networking events for primary care.

This event is for participants with an operational interest or involvement in delivering QI in Primary Care and who are well placed to cascade the learning from the day.

This event provides a unique opportunity to bring together primary care professionals to:

  • share the learning and resources from our current QI activities
  • understand the challenges and opportunities in driving and supporting local QI activity to develop new models of care, and
  • explore regional QI priorities in primary care and identify support needs.
