• Q Gathering will give you a thorough introduction to the emerging Q Lab model at the end of the pilot year
• Introduce new methods for dealing with complex problems, which Q members can use in Scotland
• Provide formal and informal opportunities for Q members in Scotland to network
• Continue to raise awareness of Q activities and member involvement and benefits (Ask members to identify themselves with what they’ve done and why/so what)
• Agree what next for Q members in Scotland
