Hospital at Home (H@H) can provide a safe, patient centred alternative to an acute hospital admission. It provides a better outcome for the patient, who receives treatment in the safety and comfort of their own home, as well as reducing pressure on hospital sites.

Since 2020 we have been supporting Hospital at Home (H@H) services across Scotland to develop and expand. H@H services play a crucial role in meeting the increasing pressures on acute services. The service allows people with acute conditions to be treated in the comfort of their own home.   

We are now looking to expand this work further by recruiting services to join our new Hospital at Home expansion programme. 

This session will allow services interested in joining to:

• learn more about the programme
• ask questions about the application process, and
• ask questions about the programme
