Ruth Glassborow will introduce a session at the Q Community Event in London

At this event, our Director of Improvement, Ruth Glassborow will chair a session looking at the role of improvement in the effective use of technology in healthcare.

The session will cover:

the potential of digital technology,
the challenges inherent in successful implementation of technology, and
the important role improvement and system change ideas and principles can play in overcoming these challenges.
