This event is for project teams who have been accepted onto the Mental Health Access Improvement Support Collaborative for the following workstreams:
1) Increasing access to CAMHS and Psychological Therapies
2) Neurodevelopmental Pathways for CAMHS
What to expect on the day:
We will take a look at Quality Improvement methodology and how it can be applied to your services. Teams will be taking part in practical exercises, simulating PDSA cycles, creating driver diagrams and adding to your project charter.
