New Models for Learning Disability Day Support Collaborative: National Learning Event

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM GMT

The New Models for Learning Disability Day Support Collaborative are pleased to invite participating project teams, partners and local and national stakeholders to our next National Learning Event.

We will be sharing an update on the Collaborative and how we have worked with teams to generate ideas for service development. We are also pleased to be welcoming a presentation from The Usual Place in Dumfries on the impact of their employability work and other projects.

In the event we will be inviting delegates to join us in applying a service design approach to idea generation. This part of the event will include the use of facilitated breakout rooms and miro (an online whiteboarding and collaboration platform).

Registration is open until 23 November 2022.

If you have not used miro before, these videos on navigation and creating notes will help you. We will also be:

  • Hosting a drop-in session on 17 November 2022, 14:00 – 15:00
  • Including an introduction to miro within the event to ensure we can maximise participation in the session.

We are very much looking forward to reaching as wide an audience as possible for this event so please do share this with your colleagues and wider networks.

Please note: this meeting will take place using Zoom and we will record elements for sharing more widely.

We look forward to your engagement in the session.
