Next QI Connect: creating collaborative networks for universal healthcare

Collaboration is at the heart of all high performing health systems. But as health systems all over the world move to a more networked collaborative model, how do we develop organisational approaches that are truly collaborative and accountable to local people?

At our next QI Connect webinar at 3pm on 29 April 2021, Professor Becky Malby discusses this issue, as well as outlining the findings of a survey of NHS staff during the pandemic, analysing what the findings mean for health service leaders.

Becky believes that there are no greater challenges than the inequalities that were laid bare during the pandemic. By focusing on the inequalities that were highlighted, Becky will challenge health services to revisit the ethics of provision and care and develop proactive leadership.

The monthly QI Connect sessions give a global audience across health and social care the opportunity to learn about the world of healthcare improvement, innovation and integration.
