Patient and family feedback: A catalyst for meaningful person-led improvement learning sessions - Perth Feb 2019

Are you part of a team that has the drive and enthusiasm to explore and apply a systematic improvement approach to using patient, family and carer feedback for improvement?

Do you want to create the right conditions and culture for improvement?

To register:

Individual registration is required to attend these learning sessions, however places will only be assigned to those coming as care teams and will be limited to two care teams per NHS board area.  Only care teams with a minimum of three team members registered, and who have confirmed they will all attend both sessions will be allocated a place.
