You will hear from teams who have tested new ideas, developed tools and materials and have improved the identification of patients most at risk. There will be opportunities throughout the day to share the successes and challenges around the improvement work, learn about the latest evidence based practice regarding pressure ulcer prevention/care and educational resources available and network with colleagues.
