We were delighted to hold our SPSP Acute Adult Webinar on 21 March 2023: Shock to Survival: A structured response to the patient with Cardiogenic Shock
We were joined by Dr. Alastair Proudfoot, Cardiac & General Intensivist at Barts Heart Centre, and Dr. Gregor McNeill, Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine, NHS Lothian and National Clinical Lead SPSP Acute Adult, Healthcare Improvement Scotland
This Webinar provided an opportunity to:
- Provide an update on the SPSP Acute Adult Collaborative Deteriorating Patient work
- Hear from the author of the Shock to Survival Report and its findings
- Provide an opportunity to discuss the role of structures response to deterioration in supporting early identification of cardiogenic shock
Attendees had the opportunity to explore these topics further during the live Q&A session chaired by Dr Gregor McNeill.
