Colleagues from health and social care joined us for a webinar on 6 November 2024. Presenters from NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and NHS Fife shared learning from improvement work they undertook with Healthcare Improvement Scotland’s Access QI collaborative. These examples demonstrate how use of Quality Improvement (QI) methods can improve access and reduce waiting times as part of the Access QI collaborative.
