    We work with NHS boards to deploy quality improvement expertise to deliver sustainable improvements in waiting times whilst maintaining or improving the quality of care.

    Scottish Patient Safety Programme (SPSP)

    The Scottish Patient Safety Programme (SPSP), part of Healthcare Improvement Scotland's ihub, is a unique national initiative that aims to improve the safety and reliability of healthcare and reduce harm, whenever care is delivered. SPSP is comprised of the following parts: Acute Adult, Maternity and Children Quality Improvement Collaborative, Medicines, Mental Health and Primary Care.
