Working with elective care services to spread the use of quality improvement to sustainably improve waiting times.

Working with health and social care partnerships to improve post-diagnostic support, care co-ordination in the community and hospital care for people living with dementia and carers.

Evidence and Evaluation for Improvement

The Evidence and Evaluation for Improvement Team (EEvIT) works with health and social care partners to evaluate improvement work. We also develop resources to support teams with evidence and evaluation requirements.

Mental Health Portfolio

The Mental Health Improvement Portfolio brings together SPSP Mental Health, the Mental Health Access Improvement Support Programme (MHAIST) and the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EiP) Programme.
