Access learning system

The Access learning system shares innovations from elective care services both across Scotland and internationally as they remobilise and establish new ways of working to deliver high quality care. The learning system is comprised of four key themes we have identified as being prioritised by elective care services:

• Maximising service capacity and capability
• Managing the physical environment
• Maintaining staff safety and wellbeing, and
• Enabling digital access.

Browse ideas through the theme links below and check back regularly as we will be sharing new innovations as they are tested and implemented by elective care services.
