Sharing ideas whilst working remotely

For many non-clinical staff during COVID-19, working remotely has been a challenge as they have had to adapt to new ways of working. Collaborating with colleagues at a distance can be difficult so the Quality Improvement Evidence team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust have developed a virtual alternative for staff. By creating a Pinterest page, the team have provided a number of themed boards for staff to share useful articles, training resources, and infographics. It is hoped that this will start to provide teams with an online alternative to those collaborative conversations they previously had in the office environment. The page is for those working in quality improvement and library knowledge services.

By using new and fun digital tools, staff can feel connected, and recreate a small part of the collaborative working environment they are used to. Read more at FabNHSStuff.
