Dementia post-diagnostic support improvement programme
From June 2023 until May 2024, Focus on Dementia worked with post-diagnostic support (PDS) sites in Edinburgh, Dundee and Lanarkshire to support improvements to PDS services for people living with dementia and their carers. The programme included a focus on the implementation of Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN) dementia guideline 168 and the Scottish Government fourth dementia strategy for Scotland.

We are currently planning for the next phase of the programme for spring 2025.
