Practice examples
Following Scottish Government endorsement of the Adaptations Working Group’s report, partners were invited to apply to become demonstration sites and test out its recommendations, with Aberdeen, Borders, Falkirk, Fife and Lochaber being chosen.
Work commenced in late 2014/early 2015 and, following completion of the programme, a series of practice examples was produced highlighting the improvements delivered and how they were achieved. For each demonstration site, these include an overview, together with more detailed practice notes and supporting documentation:
