Module 3: moderate adaptations
Module 3 supports the assessment for, and provision of, moderate and major adaptations by occupational therapy staff and reinforces the Housing Solutions programme’s ‘early intervention’ message.
Duration: full-day.
Target trainees: staff who have a designated role in assessing for the provision of equipment, adaptation and technology solutions, such as occupational therapists with little or no experience of moderate or major adaptations.
Most partnerships will have local staff who can deliver this module with little additional support. A Trainers’ Pack is also available to help.
