Report from Place, Home and Housing OT integration event, January 2017
This report provides an overview of the outcomes from an event held in January 2017 with seven Health and Social Care Partnerships who have all been involved, at different stages of development, in reviewing OT services. The report highlights key themes and learning from their work to date.

Mrs R’s story describes the effectiveness of a service intervention, where one occupational therapist is able to provide an integrated role, avoiding duplication in the service pathways and delivering effective, enabling, person-centred outcomes. The video illustrates themes and priorities common to wider ihub programmes, specifically Place, Home and Housing, and Living Well in Communities.
