Our MHSU Protocol Launch Event held on 18 March 2024 was chaired by Diana Hekerem, Associate Director of Transformational Change, Community Engagement and Transformational Change Directorate at Healthcare Improvement Scotland. The event was an opportunity for key stakeholders to come together and discuss the use of protocols for mental health and substance use services.

Attendees explored the strategic context and ambitions for improving experiences and outcomes, reviewed evidence and enabling factors, whilst discussing the key considerations for local protocols and the support Healthcare Improvement Scotland can offer.
