We work with Falkirk Community Planning Partnership and, Moray Community Planning Partnership to identify change opportunities for children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing.
The Children and Young People’s Mental Health Task Force recommends that, ‘a whole system approach to addressing children’s mental health needs, ensuring preventative action to reduce need, and a prompt and proportionate response which improves outcomes for all children who need support or treatment.’
Children and Young People Mental Wellbeing supports Falkirk Community Planning Partnership and, Moray Community Planning Partnership to identify change opportunities for children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing. To date the programme has delivered:
- Increased capability in local systems to use a blend of quality improvement, service design, strategic planning, and engagement methods to enable user-led service transformation
- Developed the evidence base for understand opportunities for improvement and service redesign
Support for Falkirk Community Planning Partnership and, Moray Community Planning Partnership
We work in partnership with Scottish Government to:
- deliver an improvement programme to identify and test solutions with the aim of sharing learning Scotland-wide
- provide quality improvement, service design and strategic planning specialist advice and guidance and coaching support
- host workshops and learning sessions, and
- identify, share and spread good practice, innovation and learning about ‘what works’ to drive improvement.
