HSCP Learning Disability Day Support Services participating in the New Models for Learning Disability Day Support Collaborative

There are currently three HSCPs participating in the New Models for Learning Disability Day Support.

  • North Ayrshire HSCP
  • Perth and Kinross HSCP

 

All HSCP Project Teams have created vision statements for their design activity in this programme.  Links to their updates and outputs are included below:
