Unpaid Carers

We work with staff across health and social care to improve identification, involvement and support for unpaid carers in the design and delivery of health and social care services.

Commission

The ihub’s People-led Care Team were commissioned by the Scottish Government to deliver an improvement programme, to ensure carers’ needs are addressed across health and care services.

This work was part of the Scottish Government implementation plan for the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016.
