Scottish Government's review of Strategic Commissioning Plans
All Health and Social Care Partnerships (HSCPs) completed their Strategic Commissioning Plans by 1 April 2016, as required. Generally, these set out the vision, aims, ambitions and outcomes that each HSCP will seek to deliver over the life of the plan. This report provides an overview of the content and approach of these first iterations, as well as identifying common themes and key areas for further development. It is intended to assist partners to accelerate the transformational potential of their plans, and deliver sustainable new models of care and support that are focused on improving outcomes.
