Adaptations Working Group’s report

Scottish Government’s response
Following consideration of the Adaptations Working Group’s Adapting for Change (AFC) report, the Scottish Government issued its response in March 2013.
One recommendation was to invite Health and Social Care Partnerships to become AFC demonstration sites, trialling improvements and feeding into the development of national policy.
The findings of an independent process evaluation of whether and how the activities of the five demonstration sites delivered the fundamental changes recommended by the Adaptations Working Group.
Guidance on funding of adaptations
