About the Series
The PASC team invite you to participate in our WebEx Series, taking place throughout the year, to support learning and sharing across Scotland in 2018/19. The series will focus on various elements of PASC, inviting HSCPs and experts from across the country to share their experiences and open opportunities for networking and collaboration.
Participants will also have the opportunity to reflect on their local experiences and contribute to the general discussion and question time after the presentations.
The WebExes will be held approximately every six weeks. All presentations, WebEx recordings and summary reports will be available on this page.

Host | Elouise Johnstone, Quality & Safety Improvement Manager
Elouise is a Quality & Safety Improvement Manager in NHS Lothian, working to support general practice and primary care teams. Coming from a commercial background that included engineering, design and construction, she joined NHS Scotland in 2006 in a national role supporting the bowel cancer screening programme.
She completed the Scottish Improvement Leader course in January 2017, and her current role is to build a QI network in general practice in Lothian. Her particular interest is in the language of improvement: how it can operate as a barrier, and what we need to know to deliver the QI message effectively.

A networking session was held to allow for the participating PASC teams to network, exchange ideas and present their current projects and highlight areas for potential collaboration.
Each PASC team was invited to deliver a short presentation outlining their plans for the project:
- Argyll and Bute HSCP
- Clackmannanshire and Stirling HSCP, and Falkirk HSCP
- East Lothian HSCP
- North and South Lanarkshire HSCPs
