Primary Care Phased Investment Programme (PCPIP) Learning System: Collaboration for better care
The PCPIP learning system brings together healthcare professionals and ensures clinical leads are central to its approach to share knowledge, tackle challenges, and drive improvements across the programme.
The PCPIP launched this system January 2024. It fosters collaboration across demonstrator sites (DS), collaborative teams and beyond, helping teams turn learning into immediate action for better outcomes.
The aim of the learning system is to:
- support professionals to share insights through events, webinars, and resources
- encourage collaboration across different roles to to promote real-world solutions to challenges facing healthcare
- create practical tools and opportunities to address learning needs quickly and effectively
- provide space for connection and innovation.
