Focus on Dementia - improving post-diagnostic support for people living with dementia

People with dementia and their carers need access to quality post-diagnostic support (PDS). This support helps them to live well and plan for the future. Healthcare Improvement Scotland is working to improve PDS across Scotland. You can help.

Our Focus on Dementia team is looking to improve PDS. PDS teams in Scotland can apply to join us and make improvements to PDS services.
