Chaired by Jackie Brock, member of the Healthcare Improvement Scotland board and Interim Chief Operations Officer for The Promise Scotland, the event explored progress made by the local project teams in the application of a service design approach.

We also heard from Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership on their journey to a Collective Commissioning model and from ARC Scotland on the Principles Into Practice programme that seeks to improve the experiences of young people as they transition to adulthood.
