New programme directory explains how the ihub can help you
We support organisations by helping them to redesign and continuously improve their health and social care services. To explain more about how we can help you, we've launched a new programme directory.
It describes our four main types of improvement work and lists nearly 40 current improvement programmes.
What type of improvement support do you need?
We set up prototyping and improvement collaboratives throughout the year to meet emerging priorities. Check out the current programmes listed in the programme directory and keep an eye on our website where we periodically launch new recruitment phases.
All our improvement collaboratives include a learning network to share the learning. We also run a number of stand-alone learning networks, so get in touch to see how we can help facilitate connections and sharing.
Our fourth type of improvement work is bespoke support, which meets a specific need for transformation within a local system. See some examples of this type of work in our directory. If you think we can help you, we'd be delighted to discuss your needs.
Download the programme directory PDF for a more detailed explanation of our four main improvement approaches, along with the full list of current improvement programmes (as at October 2019).
