Access Learning System

The Access learning system shares learning from elective care and planned mental health services from across Scotland and the world who are using quality improvement methods to sustainably and affordably improve waiting times. Learning will be shared via short learning summaries, case studies, webinars and podcasts.

The learning system is comprised of four key themes:

• Using QI tools to understand your system.
• Using data to understand your system.
• Testing and implementing high impact change ideas.
• Engaging service users in pathway improvement.
