Planning your service
Planning Tools
In this section you will find a number of tools to help you plan how the service will operate. The 'How to agree a vision for your service' document should be used at the very beginning stages with all key stakeholders, before completion of a Project Initiation Document (PID)/service outline. You may wish to communicate the service design to a wider audience using a driver diagram.
