Spreading changes

After you have implemented changes in your own service, you may choose to take things even further into other areas.

Effectively spreading change will involve identifying leaders at each new location, as well as nominating an executive sponsor and possibly a project manager to oversee this work. This should be considered a serious investment in time and will necessitate further resources and job planning.
