The Design Community of Practice met virtually on 26 February 2025
We were joined by Stephanie Elliot, Technology Enabled Care in Housing Lead, and Cheryl Stevenson, Care Technologist Lead with Scottish Care.
Their presentation 'Profiling the data, seeing the person' was a reflection on current Financial Inclusion pilot data that is allowing them to illustrate, via persona creation, the struggles faced by vulnerable groups in Scotland when trying to access financial support and advice.

In-person Design Community of Practice – Topics for Panel
We're delighted to be having an in-person Design Community of Practice on 12 March.
Back by popular demand, to join the Q&A Panel are previous speakers Lou Kerr and Tom Inns,
who prompted lots of discussion with their presentations.
We asked participants to share with us their ideas for topics and questions to put to the panel.
We look forward to meeting community members at the in-person session, to share design expertise and learn from each other. Registration
