The Aberdeen City Transforming Local Systems: Technology Enhanced Care Pathfinder worked with a range of organisations supporting people experiencing domestic abuse to highlight gaps in the user journey, while also minimising risk to users.

The Highlander Pathfinder aimed to co-design a transformation of services available to people who experience respiratory symptoms with a focus on facilitating prevention, early intervention and self- management, including through the use of digital technologies. Although they had predicted that people accessing their services had a linear pathway, user journey mapping with people with lived experience revealed that the situation was far more complex than expected.
