We'll hear from Scott Methven and Mary Carrera (Content Design Team, NHS24), and Robert White (Service Design and Equalities Lead, Golden Jubilee Hospital Glasgow).

Scott Methven and Mary Carrera work in the Content Design Team at NHS24 and if you have looked at the NHS Inform website during the COVID-19 pandemic, then you will have read some of their work. They'll talk to us about what content design is and how to create content that meets your user needs.

We will also hear from Robert White, Service Design and Equalities Lead at the Golden Jubilee Hospital in Glasgow. Rob was recently involved in supporting the design of accessible wayfinding for the new building at the hospital. With the new building having recently opened, he will talk to us about the process of involving users meaningfully in the design process.
