QI Podcast channel allows staff to share their top tips on restarting services

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust launched a QI podcast channel, inviting staff to ask colleagues key questions as teams restart elective care services. The first three episodes featured the Trust’s Divisional Director of Nursing and Clinical Lead for Quality Improvement Programmes, and the Head of Nursing discussing the role of technology, and how QI science can help teams adapt to delivering care during COVID-19. To ensure accessibility, transcripts of recordings are also available. By encouraging colleagues to share their learning the Trust hopes to add value for service users.
