Positivi-tree grows staff morale | from Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital and Grampian Children's Division

Keeping staff morale high is hard during stressful times. In NHS Grampian, staff created a 'positivi-tree' on the wall of a ward for colleagues to post positive messages, quotes and pictures. Anyone is allowed to add to the tree and it provides a place that staff can go to share their own experiences or get a quick morale boost.
