The New Models for Learning Disability Day Support Collaborative hosted a National Learning Event in May to share updates and engage with stakeholders.
We presented on the plans for the third and final phase of the Collaborative and engaged with stakeholders on how the learning would be most impactfully spread.
The Perth & Kinross Project Team shared the launch of their ‘discover’ activity, including a launch film that outlines the work they will be doing with team members hosting a discussion on their team formation and the aspirations for the work.
We also heard from our colleagues in People-Led Care on the application of a Human Learning System approach to service transformation and the positive impact this can have for outcomes and resources.
