'I'm new here' badges for redeployed and new staff | from North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust

Helping COVID-19 patients understand that staff have been redeployed from elsewhere can help improve the care experience.

Redeployed staff now wear yellow 'I'm new here' badges in order to reassure patients when they see unfamiliar faces. The sticker informs patients that they are new to the ward and situation, but not new to the job.

The badges used by North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust state:

I'm New Here
I'm experienced in what I do but I am new to this area.
Please be patient

They can be made using existing ID labels/badge templates.
